• Having done that, we then look at any possible value in the contents of the property. This value will be taken off the cost.
• Only a free visit and quote and provide you with an accurate cost. Once we have done the quote, we GUARANTEE, the price cannot go up by even 1 penny. It can however come down if we uncover more value at the clearance.
• It is best to book a quote when you have marked everything you want to keep or removed it BUT before you try to get rid of anything for free as you could be costing yourself more by giving value away.
