Possible Surcharges
Some items may have a surcharge at a House Clearance in Chorley. The most common of these are, Fridges, Freezers, Sprung Mattresses, Gas Bottles and Old CRT Monitors/Televisions.
If a fridge is re-useable, it will not have a surcharge attached. We would then allow a value for and reduce the cost.
How to avoid any surcharges
Chorley Borough Council provide a large item collection service for approx. £40 for up to 5 large items. (Please check The Chorley Borough Council Website as They May Change Things.)
So if you have two mattresses and a fridge, you would definitely save money getting the council to take these.
